Artichoke, gorgonzola and walnut dip

400g marinated artichokes, drained from oil, plus extra to decorate

200g The Culture Co. Natural Kefir

250g cream cheese

1 tsp crushed garlic

100g grated grana padano

100g toasted walnuts, plus extra to decorate

80g gorgonzola dolce, plus extra to decorate

Salt & Pepper

Juice of ½ lemon

Flat lead parsley, to decorate
Directions
STEP 1
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve topped with extra artichokes (whole and torn), walnuts, crumbled gorgonzola and parsley leaves.
