Blueberry & Coconut Chia Pudding

Ingredients
- 200g The Culture Co Kefir (blueberry)
- 2 tbsp. chia seeds
- ½ cup milk (coconut milk from a carton recommended)
- 1 tbsp. toasted coconut flakes
Directions
STEP 1
Combine chia seeds, 110g kefir and the milk. Leave to set overnight or for at least 30 minutes
STEP 2
Layer the chia pudding into a jar with the leftover 90g kefir and top with toasted coconut
