Good Gut Blueberry Kefir Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 400g The Culture Co. Blueberry Probiotic Kefir
  • ½ cup blueberries, frozen or fresh
  • ½ cup diced mango (or ½ banana), frozen or fresh
  • 1 tbsp flax seed
  • 1 knob peeled ginger (about ½-inch piece)
  • 1 date, pitted
  • 2-4 tbsp parsley, about 2-4 sprigs
  • 1-2 kale leaves, destemmed

Directions

Blend all ingredients together. Add some honey or maple syrup if additional sweetness is required.
