Good Gut Blueberry Kefir Smoothie

Ingredients
- 400g The Culture Co. Blueberry Probiotic Kefir
- ½ cup blueberries, frozen or fresh
- ½ cup diced mango (or ½ banana), frozen or fresh
- 1 tbsp flax seed
- 1 knob peeled ginger (about ½-inch piece)
- 1 date, pitted
- 2-4 tbsp parsley, about 2-4 sprigs
- 1-2 kale leaves, destemmed
Directions
Blend all ingredients together. Add some honey or maple syrup if additional sweetness is required.
